Information used for your order

We use the sender and recipient names, phone numbers, email address, billing and delivery details, gift messages and order information you provide to process payments, prepare gifts, deliver orders and respond to enquiries. Please provide recipient information only when you are authorised to arrange the delivery.

Delivery & service providers

Relevant order details are shared with the people and service providers who help complete your order, including delivery staff and payment providers. Riders receive the delivery information needed to fulfil their assignment. Payment providers process transactions under their own privacy and security terms.

Accounts & website cookies

Account details help you manage orders and saved information. Cookies and similar website technologies support sign-in, shopping carts, checkout, preferences and site operation. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect shopping and checkout.

Security & retention

We take reasonable steps to protect order and account information. Records may be retained for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable requirements. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update available account details through My Account. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us from your registered email address. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required. You can ask to stop optional marketing communications at any time.
